Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:
✅ Items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition
✅ All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
✅ There are no stains, odors, tears, or damages
✅ The product has not been customized or altered
✅ Footwear must be returned in its original box without damage

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale items
  • Underwear, socks, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards and digital products

2. How to Request a Return

1️⃣ Log in to your customer account and go to the Orders section
2️⃣ Select the order and click Request a Return
3️⃣ Follow the instructions and submit your request
4️⃣ Once approved, you will receive an email with return instructions
5️⃣ Ship the item(s) back within 7 days of return approval


3. Refund Process

🔄 Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Processing time: 3-7 business days
  • If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment provider

📌 Store Credit Option: You may also choose store credit instead of a refund, which can be used for future purchases.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order for the desired item.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • You received a wrong item
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return reaches us safely.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
